With over 9 years of experience in translation, I'm happy to offer professional translation services between the French and English languages. I highly believe that translating shouldn't mean mimicking a dictionary or a translation tool, but should be a creative work. An accurate translation is only possible with a full understanding of the context, which might require a lot of research and documentation, but also a deep knowledge of grammar and syntaxes/formatting conventions of both languages.As an IT professional, I am comfortable with technical terms, but my years of experience made me gain knowledge in many other areas (law, health, media). I can therefore translate most kinds of documents (articles, product descriptions, documentations, novels, curriculums, or even poetry) from English to French, or French to English.
French is my native language, and I am just as proficient in English. I am not using any software translation tool, all the work is done manually.
