He claims to provide manual translations and when I disputed the service he explained to me the translation process (which sounds legit). But the results speak for themselves: each word of my 16 different documents is 1:1 the same as the results from Google Translate. So either the technology advanced rapidly and Google Translate is simply that good nowadays and it's just a coincidence that every word of his manual translation matches it, or he just copies it from there. I don't want to guess so I wouldn't recommend, as it seems simply too risky to pay money for the same results you could achieve by copying it yourself to an online translator (even if the quality of his translations is good)
